All material supplied to the Lincolnshire Research Observatory (LRO) has been given in good faith and although contributing organisations make every effort to ensure that information shown on this website is correct, the LRO accepts no responsibility or liability for any information supplied. Although security measures are in place to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of material on the site, the LRO accepts no responsibility for alteration, manipulation or interpretation of the material once placed on the World Wide Web (WWW).

Lincolnshire County Council uses anti virus software to safeguard against any viruses being included in material viewed and downloaded from the site but does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from any virus which may be present. Unless otherwise stated, all material is subject to Copyright. Although permission has been granted to access and download material, the following must be observed: 

• Any information downloaded or otherwise used from the LRO must not be passed to a third party without prior permission from the owner of the material;

• Users uploading material to the site must follow the guidelines issued by the LRO administrator;

• The source of any material downloaded from the site or otherwise used must be acknowledged;

• The Lincolnshire Research Observatory must also be acknowledged;

• All additional regulation imposed by organisations regarding use of their data must be observed.

Use and reproduction of ONS data provided through this site is permitted providing a click-use license has been obtained. These are available free of charge from the HMSO website (www.hmso.gov.uk).

The material shall not be used to attempt to derive information relating specifically to an identified person, household or business, nor shall a claim be made that such information has been obtained or derived.
